Still plugging away with Octopath Traveler 2, hoping to get back to Dead Island 2 soon but I've just been mega busy lately

I'm still recovering from COVID and last night was the first time in over a week that I felt well enough to sit up and play something; I played some Octopath Traveler II and I'll continue with it this weekend, and also some Picross S4 on the side.

As much Resident Evil 4 Remake as I can manage! The OG is tied for my favourite game of all-time and they've really knocked it out of the park with the Remake, I couldn't be happier.
Fire Emblem Engage is starting to really drag for me and I've still got 9 chapters to go so I'm going to put it down for a bit and start Dredge, which I'm super excited about!

Haven't had much time to game this week and this weekend will be much the same so just some Fire Emblem Engage when I can squeeze some in.

My wife is away for two weeks which means I have the consoles and the TV to myself (she's a gamer too so we share) so I've been marathoning Dead Space Remake and I'm having a blast! Still slowly chipping away at Fire Emblem Engage, up to chapter 9 now. I don't enjoy it nearly as much as Three Houses but I do still like it.

I played like 15 minutes of the demo and that was all I needed to be completely sold on it.

Currently alternating between Hi-Fi Rush, Dead Space Remake, and Fire Emblem Engage, so at least one of those will get played at some point this weekend. And also Marvel Snap but that's a given.

I'm about two thirds of the way through Far: Changing Tides, and I've been playing loads of Theatrhythm Final Bar Line. Oh and Marvel Snap of course, I'm still addicted 🫣

Signalis, Marvel Snap, and I just started God of War Ragnarok yesterday so definitely more of that.

I'm hopelessly addicted to Xenoblade Chronicles 3, so just that this weekend. I'm on Chapter 3, about 25ish hours in and doing every side quest I find so far.

Xenoblade Chronicles 3, of course! And some OlliOlli World DLC if I feel like a change of pace.

I'm super excited for this but I refuse to believe the Nopons are anything other than annoying anime-hamsters that need punting into the sun

I just finished OlliOlli World last night and loved it. I was going to wait to get the DLC but I'm on such a kick for this game that I might just go ahead and get it now. Other than that I'm hoping to finish up a playthrough of Shredder's Revenge with my wife, maybe squeeze in some Kirby and the Forgotten Land if I can, and also a chapter or two of my NG+ run of Triangle Strategy.

I'm just about at the final dungeon of Archvale so hopefully I can knock that out today, and I've also been chipping away at OlliOlli World so probably more of that.

Really glad to see Citizen Sleeper on the list, it's my GOTY so far and I'm not sure anything can topple it tbh. Can also vouch for Void Bastards, that game is so fun and has a good sense of humour and amazing style to it.

Continuing with Shredder's Revenge with my wife, some Poinpy, and then probably some Triangle Strategy; I've been playing it for months and I'm eager to get it wrapped up so I can move on.

@Pokester99 I mean I played it for some 200+ hours and I don't feel that way. Yes, waiting around on someone's island for everyone to turn up is annoying but I really don't think it inflated my playtime. I agree that it needs more substantial updates but saying it feels like an unfinished demo is a bit much, that's all.

VII is one of my favourite games of all time so it would definitely top the list for me. Character wise, I honestly love what Remake did with Aerith; I didn't really care about her in the original but in Remake she's just the best, they did a great job with her character.

I loved Symphonia (not syphilis as my phone tried to say) but other really popular ones like Abyss and Vesperia just didn't hit for me, sadly.

I unfortunately missed out on the Totaku (don't get me started on how they're marketed and sold in the UK i.e. incredibly poorly) but I snagged the Amiibo and I think it looks really good!

@SwitchForce They literally said they bought packs for themselves and their friends.

Anyway I missed out so I got some on Etsy. I'm not fussed about the actual cards thankfully, I just want the items so this should be fine.

Surprised to see people in the comments here cold on what Microsoft are doing. Game preservation IS important and they're doing it better than their competitors. It's not perfect but it's still miles better than the rest. It definitely makes me a hell of a lot more interested in getting a Series X.

@Ogbert We could be waiting a while, they said on Twitter that they didn't have any plans to bring it to Europe until people started asking. Which is bizarre in 2021 but what can you do.

Curious how the version reviewed was European since the game isn't even scheduled to come out here on Switch? I'm not being bitchy, I'm genuinely curious what's going on with that.
