Re: Nintendo Takes A Swipe At Sony Over Fortnite's Cross-Platform Issues On Switch

HavenElectro

@XenoShaun I only say I read into it too because, I have the game on PS4 and with the idea I could play anywhere (I take my switch to work... so what?) and possibly get used to the game, I put it on switch. What? I can't even register my email with this version because Sony won't allow my deets over to switch? This isn't read into too far, this is a case of Nintendo being a bit coy, in a business sense. Anyone that has it on Xbox or PC won't even notice. Only those that also have a PS4 version.

I had trouble with my Switch going into handheld mode. The joycons would only connect one at a time, pretty annoying.
I sent it in on a Tuesday afternoon, and by Thursday night I got an email saying that it was sent to the postal carrier and would be delivered by Friday at 10am. I didn't believe it but it happened. My mail doesn't come until afternoon, and Nintendo had it across the country and in my house with, 4 new joycons, and the problem was fixed. It cost me 13 dollars in shipping, as I sent it though a private company.
They did well for me.

@Lukeim64 It's great with a pro or handheld. I prefer it, but I can totally see that learning the motion controls would give one an advantage. On the flip side of that, most of the people I encounter online rely on grabs....still... Not motion controls, it's rare that I get a good player that uses them.

@Ralizah That's totally true. I can't buy/play all the games on the eshop. At this point in the WiiU life, I was at a loss over and over again. In fact I think some of the Nintendo news sites gained a lot of popularity during that time, from everyone constantly checking to see if anything was on the horizon.

Re: Soapbox: The Switch Has a Big Problem, and It's Too Many Great Games

Hello, I'm normally a Nintendotodayer but I'm making the... Switch.... to NintendoLife, I'm here reading articles and comments more anyway. So, Hello Lovely People lol.
I've thought about this problem from day one of owning a Switch, and I think that was day 35 of it's release.
It's almost as if Nintendo wasn't ready for it's system to hit the ground running. As a early WiiU owner I can understand why. Something does need to be done, I am Setsuna is probably buried under a dog pile of games at this point. I have it on PC, but if I had known that it was on sale for Switch, I would have purchased it as it's easier to play Switch. That was before they added the On Sale section of the eshop. Please, make it easy to buy games. Some of the people with a Switch haven't been haunting the eshop since the beginning.
Thanks for having me... Of course I know all I did was verify my email, but still, Thanks
