u CAN patch wii games. sports resort in EU had a major bug that nintendo patched via a whole firmware update for every (internet connected) console regardless of whether or not u had the game. ridiculous but it worked, time for nintendo to join the 21st century on this kind of matter.

Unlike the lucky guys above, I am much, much too old. By the time the NES came out I was a stinking, spotty, petulant teenager into girls and guitars, and videogames were off the radar completely. I remain stinking, spotty and petulant, but I'm glad to say I'm back into games too.

The decision on whether or not to put stuff on shop shelves lies with the retailers, and the retailers are pressurized - and also paid - by the big publishers to give most shelf space to the big name franchises. It's a vicious circle and it's depressing, to be sure, but it's not the fault of enterprising small publishers like Rising Star.

Anyway, I managed to purchase the games you mention through a clever invention called the internet.
