I’m kidding. I know that’s a typo. Seems pretty generous of Gameloft to offer a free upgrade. I want to learn more about Dreamlight Valley getting a paid, full-blown version though.

Doesn't sound like an upgrade I'll be going for, but at least I can sit back and count the gamers spitting out their drinks at the article's "the game will run at 6fps" line.

As someone who's been playing this game since it came out in Early Access, DON'T PLAY THIS GAME!. With each passing season since 3 the game has been slowly getting worse, and now it's reached the point where the game wants you to pay £50+ on a single character just for the next mission to stop you and say "good now spend 50 more on this character you don't use". This "Game" needs to die, it's a Debt simulator not a racer.

I am assuming this means ‘60fps’

Are we getting any new games on switch 2 or is everyone just doing free upgrades? Kind of feels like it right now

Great to hear about free Switch 2 upgrades for prior Switch titles. I hope we start seeing a wave of these over the coming months.

Lol 6fps, what a downgrade from stuttering 30 fps on switch 1 to even worse on the switch 2, okay at least it’s now 1080p resolution

Forgot this game existed but impressed it’s still around. Still wish they had made a regular game instead of the freemium model, thought. I suppose one of these days I’ll check it out.

The game really is barely free to start now. Each new season is basically a demo. You can do all the races but w/ only 1 racer, most of the rest can no longer be unlocked, just purchased.

I will try out the Alice in Wonderland and Winnie the Pooh tracks though. They make some nice tracks that are fun to race for a bit.

Wonder how long until the Switch 2 gets a version of Asphalt Unite, although the OG Switch 1 version now runs a whole lot better on the newer hardware.

That said, if anyone hasn't played gamelofts free to play games.... keep it that way, they're FOMO laced P2Win filled garbage.

@RobTheIII I started since the public beginning and I gave up by the time they introduced that level up currency for everyone in lieu of dedicated item.

Nice, I hope a Switch 2 update for Fall Guys is on the way soon too. Those are pretty much the only F2P games I still dabble in.

Over 6 & half hours after this Article was posted and it still says 6fps, at this point this is a commitment to the bit!

I knew that Switch 2 is a beast of a hardware compared to the predecessor, but I’d never believe that I’d get to play a 4K slideshow on it!
