Where To Buy Tears Of The Kingdom Zelda And Ganondorf amiibo

So far, Best Buy has not let me down when it's come to ordering amiibo.

Same here GameStop done good for me. The bad the mio sets sold out. Just came in time to preorder. I will cancel the Target preorder to keep one order going forward.

I really hope we get DLC.

Funny, I just pre-ordered both from the Nintendo UK store earlier today. I had registered for an email alert though.

Not bothered by these but would love a Blupee or Steward amiibo

Had no problem with finding these ones online but I can't seem to catch the Noah & Mio amiibo. When they went on sale, they hardly lasted 10 minutes before selling out. Same with the 2 "restocks".

Couldn’t get the Noah/Mio 2 pack. Guess I’ll have to do what I did with Pyra/Mythra and wake up ungodly early on the morning of release and keep an eye on Best Buy and Target to see when in store stock goes live to order it for pick up. It’s really annoying to see the TotK amiibo are so easily obtainable while the Xenoblade ones sell out in minutes. Has Nintendo learned nothing??? Clearly they are under producing these.

@ShiroiTaka yes, absolutely the steward construct. That would be a great looking amiibo.

I'd love to be able to preorder amiibo but it's usually not possible. I got lucky and managed to preorder Zelda, but Ganondorf (and Noah and Mio) are unavailable everywhere I check. It's so annoying.

Got these on preorder but like many others I couldn't get the new xenoblade ones. I'm hoping I can quit this addiction after Sora...

I usually buy every Zelda themed amiibo but I’m hesitant with these two for some reason.

@Darthmoogle Couldn't agree more. Is it really that hard to produce enough inventory so that it doesn't sell out within minutes??

I just hope things won't be this difficult to get the Sora amiibo.

Thanks for the heads up. Just ordered both amiibo from My Nintendo. Pre ordered Super Mario Wonder while i was on there. Don't know why i'll still be playing Starfield and TOTK when it releases !!

@Jack_Goetz I registered but didn't get an email. The store now says you can only purchase with your unique link, which they haven't sent.

@Chris77 That's really strange. I'm sure there'll be another restock of these before the release date though. The Nintendo Store always seems to have issues with this stuff.

@Jack_Goetz yea, I've used them lots before and you're right, it's not a well run process. Hopefully this works out. I've a full Smash and full Zelda set so trying to keep that going.

After Covid not all supply chains are pre-levels. One needs to consider that can have unintended supply chain issues. And remember these Amiibos sell world wide not just JPN or USD or EU markets-so that limits how many goes where as well. They too have to budget supply levels and produce the next Switch for the markets.

I was planning on saving money but I think I may dip and preorder Zelda soon. With these, the Deep Cut and Noah & Mio amiibo I’m in amiibo heaven this year since they’re all part of my favorite franchises

I thought we were done with the mostly translucent plastic stands holding up the amiibo. I can sort of see why with Zelda, but I would have done the Ganondorf design differently.

I tried to register my interest with the zelda and ganon amiibo a while ago, but I never got a confirmation email. ... Nintendo's UK store has been really terrible in the past, so I wonder if anyone has actually been able to successfully register and get these amiibo.

@EarthboundBenjy Same problem here - I tried registering a few times with the UK store and didn't receive any confirmation, and of course I've not had an email today. Sigh.

@pjzx the My Nintendo Store UK takes payment in the week prior to dispatch, in my experience is usually the Thursday or Friday of the week before release.

@durian @EarthboundBenjy @Jack_Goetz try contacting their customer service, I know @RupeeClock was in the same boat and didn't get a confirmation email so they've had to reach out to customer services for assistance. No idea if that's worked tho!

@Ryu_Niiyama they're still available from the My Nintendo Store UK, if you get desperate do you know anyone here who could buy them and ship them to you?

I got all my preorder up to to Sora Amiibo whenever it goes live.

@RupeeClock The chat service was poor this morning, said they can't resend the link or mail. But they got the store to email me asking for a screenshot of the issue. I said I can't send a screenshot of an email I never got. They've asked for a screenshot of the products I'm trying to buy. We'll see what happens. Hopefully a general restock or someone competent will stock them on release.

@Cero @rupeeclock thanks for posting this, the email help folks still haven't replied. Would have been good if they mailed to say sorry for the mistake but public orders are open now. In the ongoing screw ups though, I placed an order but never got the success screen, it went back to nothing in the basket. Nothing showed up in my orders either. So I ordered again, this time success. When I log in to my orders they now have two separate orders registered for me. So success I think, might go through with both orders in case I cancel one and they cancel both. I hope the Sora process is smoother. Thanks again for the heads up.

@RupeeClock @Chris77 I cannot believe this operation is still so poor after so long, no wonder their satisfaction rating is taking a nosedive!

@RupeeClock it's a pretty disastrous rating isn't it, and I'm betting it will only get worse as well.

I would say the more Amiibos the better but we have to be measured that everyone ahem Scalpers want them as well. This seems to be the trend now before not to many showed interest in Amiibo but lately they been in short supply. I know I found some in ads to buy and eBay when they were not the prices they were now. They were close to the MSRP prices when I bought mine and they were still boxed. The hardest one that I've see are the MH2 Amiibos that were only available in JPN when they came out. I got lucky during MH2 days and bought them on Amazon and now on Amazon some are so pricey or not longer available to find and they are still in the box.

Hey @AlanaHagues sorry this is slightly off-topic but the Splatoon 3 Deep Cut amiibo have been up for pre-order on the UK's My Nintendo Store for almost 2 days and I haven't seen an article about it on the site, thought you might want to get something up 🙂
